 Open House at the Nature Center

3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Dr. John Price will be presenting at 5:00 p.m.

Come early and wander around the displays and exhibits.  Everyone Welcome! Free to the Public!

John was born in Fort Dodge and is a Professor of English at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.  John has released books, entitled “Not Just Any Land: A personal and Literary Journey into the American Grasslands”, “Man Killed by Pheasant and other Kinships” and a forthcoming title “Daddy Long Legs:  The Natural Education of a Father.”

The Conservation Office is sponsoring the event with co-host by the Pocahontas Public Library
